All service retainers, configuration setups, or design fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed project invoice. Please note the following financial rules:
To execute setups like Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), or run targeted ad variations, the client must grant secure partner access to their Business Manager, ad accounts, and website backend (e.g., Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Shopify). The client is responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and ensuring all assets provided (images, brand copy, product photos) do not violate copyright regulations or ad platform policies.
We structuralize ad copy and graphics strictly according to the latest publishing guidelines. However, ad networks rely on automated algorithmic reviews that can occasionally trigger false flags or account compliance holds. Our agency is not held liable for any ad account bans, pixel disablements, or business manager restriction events executed by third-party platforms like Meta or Google.
We reserve the absolute right to revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion without prior notice. Continued utilization of our web assets or campaign maintenance services following adjustments implies a direct confirmation and acceptance of the revised agreements. For custom contract terms or termination procedures, please check your signed service level agreement (SLA).
